- 7-Eleven / FamilyMart Convenience Store Pickup (CVS)
- Chunghwa Post Home Delivery (Available for Taiwan Main Island only)
Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Threshold:
- Free Shipping: Complimentary shipping on all single orders over NT$1,799.
- CVS Pickup: A shipping fee of NT$100 applies to orders under NT$1,799.
- Home Delivery: A shipping fee of NT$150 applies to orders under NT$1,799.
Delivery Terms
Order Processing: Upon payment verification, your items will be dispatched to your designated shipping carrier within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays).
Shipping Restrictions: Due to carrier limitations, we currently do not offer international shipping. Deliveries are strictly limited to the Taiwan Main Island (excluding offshore islands).
Promotional Adjustments: Free shipping promotions may be adjusted dynamically based on ongoing site-wide events. Please refer to our latest official announcements.
Inspection Upon Arrival: To ensure the absolute integrity of your order, please open and inspect the package immediately upon receipt to verify that the products, packaging, and accessories are complete and undamaged.
Order Modifications: Once an order is confirmed, we cannot accept additions, partial cancellations, or changes to items, delivery addresses, shipping methods, or payment types. If adjustments are required, please cancel the entire order and place a new one.
Returns & Exchanges
Defective & Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or malfunctioning, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. You may either leave a message directly on your Order History page or call our customer service team. We will resolve the issue for you as a matter of priority.
Return & Exchange Process
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and safely retaining your shipping receipt for future reference.

Processing Timelines
- Exchanges: Upon receiving your returned item and verifying that all parts are complete and undamaged, your replacement product will be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.
- Returns & Refunds: Upon receiving your returned item and verifying its pristine, complete condition, your refund will be processed and completed within 28 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Product Warranty
1. Warranty Terms & Conditions
- Warranty Period: Valid for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
- Coverage: This warranty strictly covers product malfunctions, damages, or functional abnormalities under normal usage conditions resulting from non-human factors.
- How to Apply: Please contact the customer service team of your original purchase channel and provide a valid proof of purchase (such as a paper/electronic invoice, or a verifiable order/purchase record). Our team will assist with the follow-up process once the information is verified.
- Exclusions (What is Not Covered):Accidental or human-induced damage (including drops, liquid ingress, physical impacts, or cracks).Products beyond the 1-year warranty period.Damage caused by failure to operate or maintain the device in accordance with the user manual.Unauthorized disassembly, modifications, or self-repair attempts.Damage caused by force majeure events (such as fire, lightning strikes, or catastrophic disasters). Note: Final determination of warranty eligibility is strictly subject to technical inspections by Earnest Living.Product clogging, corrosion, or functional anomalies caused by using essential oil textures not recommended by Earnest Living, or by failing to clean the device according to official instructions.
2. Out-of-Warranty Extended Replacement Scheme
If a non-human-induced malfunction or abnormality occurs after the original warranty has expired, customers may apply for our Extended Replacement Scheme:
- Exclusive Discount: Customers are eligible to purchase an identical brand-new replacement product at a 40% discount (based on the official retail price listed on our website).
- Replacement Warranty: The new replacement product is backed by a 3-month (90-day) warranty, starting from the date of receipt.
- Eligibility: This program is non-transferable and strictly limited to the original purchaser. A valid proof of purchase must be presented.
- Program Nature: This scheme is an exclusive after-sales reward program and does not fall under the complimentary original warranty service.
- Product Retrieval: The original malfunctioning device must be returned to Earnest Living upon application. Repair or partial component replacement services are not available.
3. Application Procedures
- In-Store Purchases: Please bring the device along with your proof of purchase to the original retail store. Store personnel will inspect and retrieve the faulty product, log your case into our system, and process the replacement in accordance with policy guidelines.
- Online Purchases: Please contact the customer service team of your online channel. Provide your proof of purchase along with photos/videos detailing the malfunction. Once verified, follow the instructions to ship the device to our designated address (or bring it to a partner store) for inspection. A replacement unit will be shipped to you or made available for store pickup upon successful testing.
- Processing Timeline: The inspection and processing period takes approximately 7 to 14 business days from the date all required documentation and the physical device are successfully received (subject to logistics and current inspection capacity).
- Shipping Fee Guidelines:Within Warranty: You will temporarily cover the return shipping fee for inspection. If the defect is determined to be covered under warranty by Earnest Living, the necessary return shipping costs will be fully reimbursed (a valid shipping receipt must be submitted for reimbursement). If the issue is deemed to be human-induced or out-of-warranty, all associated shipping fees will be borne entirely by the customer.Extended Replacement Scheme: Shipping fees incurred for this program are generally covered by the manufacturer (subject to specific promotional events announced by customer service).
4. Special Notes
- Quick Replacement Policy: To ensure absolute safety and consistent quality, Earnest Living adopts a Fast Replacement System. Eligible cases will generally receive a brand-new replacement unit instead of a repaired device.
- Verification Rights: To prevent abuse, the brand reserves the ultimate right to request supplementary information or further technical diagnostics for cases involving suspected abnormal use, conspicuous external damage, or incomplete documentation.
- Replacement Warranty Calculations:Replacements Within Warranty: The replacement unit will carry over the remaining warranty days of your original product. If the remaining period is less than 30 days, the warranty will be extended to 30 days from the date you receive the new device.Replacements Out of Warranty: Replacement units acquired through the Extended Scheme carry a strict 3-month (90-day) warranty from the date of receipt.
