EL ONE Air is a wall-mounted waterless diffuser with a 400ml bottle, covering around 160 m² per unit, ideal for corridors, reception areas and private rooms. It runs on the built-in battery or Type-C power, and once mounted it takes up no floor space. It atomizes 100% pure fragrance oil, with no water.

Installation and Usage

The package includes the main unit, essential oil bottle, bottle cap, wall mount bracket, key, manual, as well as plastic anchors ×3, Phillips head screws ×3, flat head screw ×1, and concrete nails ×3. After installation, use the switch on the device to select between battery or Type-C power, then pair with the mobile app via Bluetooth to set the spray intensity and timing.

Cleaning and Maintenance

It is recommended to use essential oils with a viscosity not exceeding 30 mPa·s; if oil residue appears, reduce the intensity setting or shorten the operating time. It is recommended to clean the nozzle with an alcohol swab every two weeks, and thoroughly clean it once before changing fragrances. The main unit is not washable.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to add water?
No, and you should never add water or diluents. All four EL ONE models are waterless diffusers, and the bottles contain 100% pure essential oil. Adding water will damage the air pump and nozzle.

What is the coverage area?
A single Air unit covers approximately 160 square meters (approx. 48 ping) or 480 cubic meters, suitable for corridors, reception areas, and private rooms. Coverage depends on cubic meters, not just ping. For high-ceilinged atriums or split-level spaces, please assess by volume, or provide us with your floor plan and ceiling height for evaluation.

Is it noisy?
Waterless diffusers rely on an air pump to disperse essential oils, so there will be an air pump sound when operating. In areas that already have ambient noise, such as lobbies and exhibition halls, the impact is minimal. If placing it in a quiet guest room, we recommend positioning it further from the head of the bed or setting it to operate when guests are not in the room.

How often should it be cleaned?
We recommend wiping the nozzle with an alcohol swab every two weeks and thoroughly cleaning it before changing essential oil blends. The main unit is not washable. When implementing, include these points in the handover instructions for housekeeping or cleaning staff, and the machine will last a long time.

Can I use my own branded essential oil?
Yes, but there is a threshold for essential oil viscosity. Formulas that are too viscous or contain alcohol or carrier oils can easily clog the nozzle. If you want to create your own branded essential oil, we can adjust the machine's atomization parameters and conduct compatibility tests based on the essential oil's properties. Can I subscribe?

Does it have to be wall-mounted?
The Air model is designed for wall mounting, and the package includes brackets and screws. Power can be supplied via a built-in battery or Type-C, with a switch on the unit to select the power source.
