Installation & Use

Floor-standing, simply place on a stable surface to use. Gears and operating times can be adjusted according to site requirements; for large spaces, it is recommended to place units at entrances, turns in traffic flow, and resting areas, rather than relying on a single unit to cover the entire area. Ensure power is available at each location.

Cleaning & Maintenance

It is recommended to clean the nozzle with an alcohol swab every two weeks. Thoroughly clean the unit before switching scents. The main unit is not washable. It is recommended to use 100% pure essential oils; essential oils with high viscosity (such as sandalwood, vetiver, patchouli) should be diluted with lighter essential oils before use to prevent nozzle blockage.

FAQ

Do I need to add water?
No, and you should never add water or diluting liquid. All four EL ONE models are waterless diffusers, and the bottles contain 100% pure essential oil. Adding water will damage the air pump and nozzle.

How much space can it cover?
The Max single unit covers approximately 900 square meters (about 272 pings) or 2,700 cubic meters. It is the main model for lobbies and exhibition halls. Coverage should be based on cubic meters, not just pings. For high-ceilinged atriums or split-level spaces, please assess by volume, or provide us with floor plans and ceiling heights for evaluation.

Is it noisy?
Waterless diffusers use an air pump to disperse essential oils, so there will be pump noise during operation. In environments like lobbies and exhibition halls, which naturally have ambient noise, the impact is minimal. If placing it in a quiet guest room, it is recommended to position it further from the head of the bed or set it to operate during times when guests are not in the room.

How often should it be cleaned?
It is recommended to wipe the nozzle with an alcohol swab every two weeks and thoroughly clean it before changing fragrances. The main unit is not washable. When implementing, include these points in the handover instructions for housekeeping or cleaning staff, and the machine can last a long time.

Can I use my own brand fragrance?
Yes, but essential oil viscosity has a threshold. Formulas that are too viscous or contain alcohol or carrier oils can easily clog the nozzle. If you want to create your own brand fragrance, we can adjust the atomization parameters of the machine based on the essential oil's characteristics and conduct compatibility tests.
