How to Use

Bath

Diffusion	Add to a diffuser or nebulizer for aromatherapy.
Inhalation	Apply 1-2 drops to clothing collars, handkerchiefs, tissues, curtains, or other items for direct inhalation; or drop onto a sachet and hang by the bedside.
Add 6-8 drops of essential oil to a cream ball or vegetable oil first, then slowly pour into the bathtub and mix thoroughly with water.
Massage	Mix 2 drops of essential oil with 5ml of vegetable oil, then apply to skin and massage.

Precautions

Pure essential oils are highly concentrated; do not apply directly to skin without dilution. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and other mucous membranes, and do not ingest. Pregnant women, infants, pets, and individuals with sensitive skin should consult a professional before use, and it is recommended to perform a patch test first. After use, please close the bottle cap tightly, store in a cool, dark place, and keep out of reach of children. This product contains lemon essential oil, which is photosensitive; avoid direct sunlight exposure for 12 hours after applying to the skin.

When is the best time to use it?
Diffuse it in your entryway, living room, or office to refresh the air after cleaning; when you're out, you can also drop 1–2 drops on the outside of your mask or on a handkerchief to inhale as needed.

Can it be used with Earnest Living's diffusers?
Yes. For ultrasonic diffusers, add water up to the marked line, then add 3–5 drops. For waterless diffusers, please follow the instructions for each model to use pure essential oils.

How do I choose between the three blends?
For pre-sleep relaxation and to quiet your bedroom, choose Good Night's Sleep (floral and herbal notes); for a bright mood boost during the day, choose Citrus Bliss (citrus notes); for a refreshing home or office space, choose Fresh Guardian (herbal notes).

Can I apply it directly to my skin?
